UX Lead for Salesforce where I was responsible for improving engagement, simplifying processes and designing intuitive and effective solutions for Camping World staff all over the country. Projects include design, prototype and wireframes for Salesforce components, mobile app, communication tools, customer details screens and more.

User Experience Designer on a team of 10 who was responsible for delivering wireframes, prototypes research reports and requirements for insurance-related projects. The role was split between large-scale projects such as redesigning the Westfield mobile and desktop website and designing an interactive underwriting tool for agents.
